Foundation Place was the first commercial building delivered in the Maroochydore City Centre, setting the tone for the precinct’s bold vision. This architecturally designed eight storey tower offers five levels of office space, panoramic views, ground floor retail and a strong focus on sustainability.

Opened in late 2020, Foundation Place is the region’s first building to achieve a 5 Star NABERS Energy rating. Tenants benefit from end-of-trip facilities, undercover parking and a rooftop garden in a central location with easy access to dining, green space and public transport.

The building is home to a diverse mix of organisations, including LPE, Commonwealth Bank, GHD and other professional services. While the ground floor is a local favourite, featuring Giddy Geisha, Market Bistro, Market Wine Store, Nemo Sushi and FlowSt8.
