National Reconciliation Week
National Reconciliation Week (NRW) invites all Australians to learn about our shared histories, cultures, and achievements. It is also a chance for everyone to consider how we can each help build reconciliation in Australia.
NRW is held each year from 27 May to 3 June. These dates mark two important milestones in reconciliation: the successful 1967 referendum and the High Court Mabo decision.
This year’s theme, All In, is a call for all Australians to commit to reconciliation every day.
Everyone has a part to play in reconciliation. By working together, we help build relationships and communities that respect and value Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, their histories, cultures, and futures.
