October is World Mental Health Month, and this year’s national theme, “Taking Steps on Your Wellbeing Journey” is all about prioritising self-care and mental wellbeing.
To mark the occasion, Maroochydore City Centre and FlowSt8 Maroochydore have teamed up to bring you Wellness Club, a morning dedicated to movement, mindfulness and connection.
Join us on Sunday 26 October from 8am for a flowability class that blends yoga, pilates and breathwork into a single practice, along with an inspiring guest speaker, music and more!
Tickets cost $45* and includes:
💚 Flowability class hosted by Amanda Gatfield, Holistic Health & Wellness Coach, Personal Trainer, and Group Fitness Instructor with over 15 years experience.
💚 Free yoga mat to take home.
💚 Guest speaker Dallen Weber – With nearly 20 years as a critical care nurse, Dallan will share practical, science-based tips on gut-brain health, nutrition, and stress regulation, and lead an interactive activity to build mental resilience.
💚 Nurtur Tea pop-up stall.
💚 Brunch platters and nibbles
