Meet Our Wellness Club Partners

Meet Our Wellness Club Partners

For World Mental Health Month this October, Maroochydore City Centre and FlowSt8 Maroochydore have come together to host Wellness Club - a morning dedicated to taking steps on your wellbeing journey.

We’re delighted to be joined by an inspiring group of local partners who each bring their own expertise and heart to the event. Here’s a little more about who’s involved:

Meet your Instructor, Amanda Gatfield, from FlowSt8 Maroochydore

Leading our Flowability class, Amanda Gatfield is a Holistic Health & Wellness Coach, Personal Trainer, Feminine Embodiment Mentor and Group Fitness Instructor.

After navigating her own 15-year journey with chronic back pain, Amanda dedicated her career to helping others move pain-free and feel phenomenal in their bodies through a holistic approach to fitness, nutrition and mindfulness. Known for her warm energy and empowering classes, she’s passionate about helping people feel strong, confident, and connected through mindful movement, holistic health modalities and creating like minded community connections.

Guest Speaker: Dallen Weber - Nutritional Consultant

With nearly 20 years experience as a critical care nurse, Dallen Weber now specialises in functional nutrition and hormonal health. Dallen is passionate about helping people better understand the link between nutrition, hormones and mental wellbeing.

At Wellness Club, Dallen will share science-based strategies to support mental health through wholefoods nutrition, the gut-brain connection, and vagal tone regulation, plus guide an interactive activity to help participants regulate stress and build resilience.

Kultured Wellness

Kultured Wellness is an Australian health organisation dedicated to empowering individuals to take control of their wellbeing through nutrition, education and gut health.

Best known for their clinical practice, online programs and fermented food range, Kultured Wellness helps people understand their microbiome and improve both mental and physical health through food and lifestyle.

Nurtur Tea

Bringing calm in a cup, Sunshine Coast based Nurtur Tea is known for its organic, naturopath-curated blends designed to support wellness at every stage of life. Each tea is crafted using clean, ethically sourced ingredients and sustainable, plastic-free packaging.

Guests will have the option to purchase Iced Matcha and Strawberry Matcha for $6.50 each, or herbal tea for $4 per cup from their pop up stall.

Open Minds

Open Minds is a local not-for-profit organisation providing vital mental health and disability support services across the Sunshine Coast and beyond. For over a century, Open Minds has helped people achieve positive mental health outcomes through tailored support, housing assistance and community connection programs.

We are thrilled to support an organisation that does so much for our community by donating half of all ticket sales from Wellness Club to help fund their important work.

Join us on Sunday 26 October for a morning with all our event partners. Tickets are $45 per person, and each guest will receive their very own yoga mat to take home. Spaces are limited, click here to find out more and secure your spot!
