Meet the local faces behind Wellness Club
Maroochydore City Centre and FlowSt8 Maroochydore have come together to host Wellness Club - a morning dedicated to taking steps on your wellbeing journey.
We’re delighted to be joined by an inspiring group of local partners who each bring their own expertise and heart to the event. Here’s a little more about who’s involved:
Your Instructor, Amanda Gatfield, from FlowSt8 Maroochydore
Leading our Flowability class, Amanda Gatfield is a Holistic Health & Wellness Coach, Personal Trainer, Feminine Embodiment Mentor and Group Fitness Instructor.
After navigating her own 15-year journey with chronic back pain, Amanda dedicated her career to helping others move pain-free and feel phenomenal in their bodies through a holistic approach to fitness, nutrition and mindfulness. Known for her warm energy and empowering classes, she’s passionate about helping people feel strong, confident, and connected through mindful movement, holistic health modalities and creating like minded community connections.

Bringing calm in a cup, Sunshine Coast based Nurtur Tea is known for its organic, naturopath-curated blends designed to support wellness at every stage of life. Each tea is crafted using clean, ethically sourced ingredients and sustainable, plastic-free packaging.
Guests will enjoy free tastings and have the option to purchase Iced Matcha and Strawberry Matcha for $6.50 each, or herbal tea for $4 per cup from their pop up stall.

LSKD
Frist established on the Sunshine Coast, LSKD is a globally recognised activewear brand driven by purpose, performance and community. With a mission to inspire people to be 1% better every day, LSKD creates functional, high-quality apparel for those who live to move. They’ll be joining us at Wellness Club with an exclusive pop-up, so you can explore their latest looks and connect with the crew behind the brand.
Sounds Like Michael
Setting the tone for the morning, our live DJ will bring the energy with a curated mix of feel-good tracks to move and flow to. Expect laid-back beats, uplifting tunes, and the perfect soundtrack to your Sunday morning wellness session.
Open Minds
Open Minds is a local not-for-profit organisation providing vital mental health and disability support services across the Sunshine Coast and beyond. For over a century, Open Minds has helped people achieve positive mental health outcomes through tailored support, housing assistance and community connection programs.
We are thrilled to support an organisation that does so much for our community by donating half of all ticket sales from Wellness Club to help fund their important work.
Join us on Sunday 23 November for a morning with all our event partners. Tickets are $35 per person, and each guest will receive their very own yoga mat to take home. Spaces are limited, click here to find out more and secure your spot!
